BLADE RUNNER 1980 Original Movie Script Harrison Ford Film, Water Stained
Script Dated: December 22, 1980. This is an original movie script from the 1982 Sci-Fi movie, Blade Runner. This script has the original production cover. The first 5 pages inside have some heavy water stain marks, The title page inside also has a large tear along the bottom.
It has all white pages inside and is 140 pages long. The last several pages of the script also have heavy water stain marks. All of the condition problems are cosmetic which means everything inside is complete and you can easily read the text on every page.
It was probably raining one of the days during filming and this is only a cosmetic issue with the script, which is common with original scripts used on the movie set. Please view all of the pictures above carefully. This script is in fair overall condition.
In the futuristic year of 2019, Los Angeles has become a dark and depressing metropolis, filled with urban decay. Rick Deckard, an ex-cop, is a "Blade Runner".
Blade runners are people assigned to assassinate "replicants". The replicants are androids that look like real human beings. When four replicants commit a bloody mutiny on the Off World colony, Deckard is called out of retirement to track down the androids. As he tracks the replicants, eliminating them one by one, he soon comes across another replicant, Rachel, who evokes human emotion, despite the fact that she's a replicant herself. As Deckard closes in on the leader of the replicant group, his true hatred toward artificial intelligence makes him question his own identity in this future world, including what's human and what's not human.
