CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON original SIGNED 50s BELGIAN MONSTER MOVIE POSTER

It's MOVIE POSTER MADNESS. LE MONSTRE DES MARAIS THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON. Approx 14.25" wide x 18.5" long poster (trimmed at the bottom from 22, presumably to remove the reference to the film being shown in 3-d).

Mounted on approx 16" x 22" sheet of linen. On the bottom linen margin. BY JULIE ADAMS, GINGER STANLEY, RICOU BROWNING, and BEN CHAPMAN. (the heroine, her swimming double, the land Creature, and the swimming Creature) pre-mounting, poster was in overall very nice condition with tape removal marks along the top edge, light wear to edges, and signs of previous creasing.

The effects of which have been lessened by linen mounting. Signatures were obtained years ago at CreatureFest, the short-lived event celebrating the film which was held at Florida shooting location Wakulla Springs and featured a signing event with the stars. Includes certificate of authenticity with photograph of the late great Ben Chapman's signature being obtained.

Signatures are bold and clear in blue marker with small flaw in the bottom of the J in Julie Adams' signature. See my other auctions for more posters and other cool stuff.
