Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter Production Made Movie Prop Model. From the production of the 4th Friday the 13th film (1984) is this miniature model that was made to guide the construction of the "party house" which was built specially for the movie. The model illustrates how much of the house was an open shell (documentaries on the franchise back this up) and was constructed in a hurry.
There is no roof and no front door, but the 2nd story is removable and comes with some furniture made from clay, plastic, and metal. The back door was not attached, but comes with it.Stands 6.5 inches tall at it's highest point and 7 inches long at its longest point. It is 8 inches wide. This is an outstanding (although EXTREMELY FRAGILE) prop from the Friday the 13th franchise, of which finding ANY prop is difficult and expensive. I will include a copies of both the COA and 1995 receipt from "Star Wares" which is one of the oldest prop stores in Hollywood.
So you will be getting the same color copies that I received.
