It's got a rubber hose coming out of the neck, and some electrical wires, and a metal brace. None of the mechanism seems to work. It's been foamed in. Silicone head is mounted on a latex foam neck. Incredible work, punched hair, It's got blue fx lenses. Looks like a decapitated head.
