This is An Original (Not a Reproduction or Re-Release) 1953 Vintage Theatrical Linen Backed One Sheet Movie Poster for ROBOT MONSTER: The Phil Tucker 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) science fiction (sci-fi) horror thriller. Starring George Nader, Claudia Barrett, Selena Royle, John Mylong, Gregory Moffett, Pamela Paulson, George Barrows, and John Brown (in the title role as the voice of the robot). Note that "Plan Nine From Outer Space" has often been mentioned as the worst movie ever made, but many people feel this movie is a strong contender for that title! The making of the movie is as interesting as the movie itself (it was shot in four days, it "steals" special effects from other movies, etc). Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: EXCELLENT.
The poster had pinholes in the corners, damage at the upper cross fold, wear on the fold lines and some light damage by the womans mid-section. There is some wrinkling & splitting at the upper & lower center edges, none of which detract from the overall graphics. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
