Dated May 31, 1968- 12 days before the film's premiere on June 12, 1968. Total of 31 numbered pages, complete. All pages in same near mint to mint condition as first 12 pages shown in scans. Original staple in corner removed to permit scanning. It has been stored in a file cabinet ever since. I have tried to find another example online, but did not find one. My best guess is that this is possibly a one of a kind original proof that was Xeroxed for distribution to the Press 12 days before the film's premiere.
