Spider-Man, 2002, Original vintage DS and unfolded 1 sheet (27"x40") movie theater poster starring Tobey Maguire, Willem Dafoe, Kirsten Dunst, director Sam Raimi and writers Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. With a new movie "Homecoming" releasing in 2017 and the future of the Marvel Movie Universe this poster is going to only increase in value.

This poster was released prior to September 11th, (9/11) 2001 and was promptly recalled after the national tragedy due to the reflection of the Twin Towers in Spider-Mans eyes. There are three versions of this recalled poster. This poster contains the "3 May 2002" version. The principal technique for authenticating this poster is identifying in the lower left quadrant of the, along the margin, a taxi cab.

The posters without it, are fakes. The first four photos are the "glossy" side the last two are the other side or "matte" side.

You will see a photo of the cab in one of the glossy photos and the cab in one of the matte finish. There is some slight wrinkles or cracking on some of the edging due to storage. When poster is framed you will not be able to see it. I can provide more photos if wanted. The little black item on photo was just under to keep poster from rolling to take photos.
