Script Dated: January 15, 2001. Written by David Koepp & Stan Lee. This is an Original Movie Script used during the making of the 2002 Film titled, "Spider-Man". It is the Shooting Script dated January 15, 2001. It has multi-colored revision pages inserted throughout it inside. This script shows the appropriate signs of aging for being close to 20 years old. This is the Shooting Script that was actually used by Cast and Crew members during filming. It is complete and it is 131 pages long. The pages inside are stamped with the productions' numbered stamp mark'1059'. The Title page has some small tears around the edges. This script is in very good overall condition. The Wrestling Match consists of 58 Storyboard pages. However, the production team decided to OMIT pages 2, 3 & 4 of the original Wrestling Match so those pages are not part of this updated Storyboards script. These Storyboards are not hand drawn, but only very few of these copies were ever made and those were only given to certain crew members who actually needed them to make the film. This is the Storyboards script that was issued in this form to the important supervisors from each department and cameramen during filming. Based on Marvel Comics' superhero character, this is a story of Peter Parker who is a nerdy high-schooler. He was orphaned as a child, bullied by jocks, and can't confess his crush for his stunning neighborhood girl Mary Jane Watson. To say his life is "miserable" is an understatement. But one day while on an excursion to a laboratory a runaway radioactive spider bites him... And his life changes in a way no one could have imagined. Peter acquires a muscle-bound physique, clear vision, ability to cling to surfaces and crawl over walls, shooting webs from his wrist... But the fun isn't going to last. An eccentric millionaire Norman Osborn administers a performance enhancing drug on himself and his maniacal alter ego Green Goblin emerges.

Now Peter Parker has to become Spider-Man and take Green Goblin to the task... Or else Goblin will kill him.

Any changes made to the screenplay during production are known as revisions and these revision pages are inserted into that one script that was issued out to them. For example, if we are talking about a low-budget film with a small cast and only a few crew members, there are actually only a small number of scripts in existence around the world for that film. This aspect of collecting makes it fun but also difficult because there may be a certain writer or director that you love to collect and there may only be a handful of movie scripts that still exist from that specific film that you are looking for.
